What are your goals for 2023? I mainly only have one: “Always give my best!”
I know it might sound cheesy, but it is what it is. Because:
I already work out a good amount – although I do skip some sessions or weeks.
⭐ I eat healthy – although a nice sizzling steak also has a place in my heart.
⭐ I rarely drink alcohol – although a nice Aperol or craft beer with friends is always welcome.
⭐ I mostly stay away from sweats – although I can’t walk past some nice piece of cake.
⭐ I already left the 9-5 race and started my own business – although I get up to 80 working hours per week sometime now, which I (maybe weirdly) love.
Now I just need to double down more.
I’m always a “Hell yes, or no!” type of person. So I usually do what I want.
I still have some ideas which might turn into plans and goals:
– creating video content (would you be interested in that?)
– starting my own YT channel
– growing my business to more departments and bigger and better services
– and in the near future: buy/start a land-based business (maybe a café or restaurant)
– start a foundation to help people in need
Now you!
You should set your goals on a number of levels:
First, you create your “big picture” of what you want to do with your life (or over, say, the next 10 years) to identify the large-scale goals that you want to achieve.
Then, you break these down into smaller and smaller targets that you must hit to reach your lifetime goals.
Finally, once you have your plan, you start working on it to achieve these goals.
The best way to do this is with SMART Goals
S – Specific (or Significant).
M – Measurable (or Meaningful).
A – Attainable (or Action-Oriented).
R – Relevant (or Rewarding).
T – Time-bound (or Trackable).
For example, “By March 2023, I want to have built my own website and reached out to 50 potential clients to who I can offer my service.”
Boom! Done!
Now execute!
