Many people in the business world are just in it for the money.
???? I’m not saying that it’s absolutely wrong to pursue money.
But when it’s your driving factor, then you’re only motivated to find the next shiny object!
Which means that you will ultimately fail.
The same goes for relationships, by the way. ????
At my agencies, @translation.royale and @content.spa for example, our mission is to help brands reach their international audience.
If we didn’t deliver top-notch service, which is our main internal driver, our clients’ customers wouldn’t be happy, so our clients wouldn’t be happy, so we wouldn’t make any revenue.
There are so many animal name agencies (the bears, the pandas, the penguins, the whales) out there that deliver sub-par quality and service, so that those clients that previously only looked at price, are later coming to us…to fix their mistakes.
And in that sense, business isn’t complicated.
Just deliver amazing results and outstanding service. Boom. ????
