Why Should You Develop Massive Knowledge and Expertise?
This applies to being an athlete, great intrapreneur (aka a forward-thinking and engaged employee), or entrepreneur. Let’s focus on the latter.
Before you can make it as an entrepreneur and reap the monetary benefits from it, you must first develop the knowledge and skills to become the kind of person who deserves millions of dollars.
Personally, I’m not in it for the money.
I’m in it for the excitement of building something that’s completely my own. Sure, with business partners, but still my own.
I’m it to build a team of absolute go-getters who love what we’re building together.
And I love providing the premium white-glove service for our clients and customers as possible.
I believe that anything worthwhile for a long time is something you’re passionate about.
I’m the first to state that you don’t need a lot of money to be happy. But, when done right, entrepreneurship (intrapreneurship too!) can make you rich.
Here’s the deal…
Making money isn’t hard.
The true challenge lies in becoming the type of person who is capable of making tons of money.
I once heard @realcraigballantyne say “Success is simple once you accept how hard it is”.
There is NO easy way to wealth.
The main is to develop new skills!
Some examples:
– Spotting market trends (aka investing)
– Copywriting
– Sales
– Product Creation
– Marketing
– Leadership
– Teaching
– Speaking
Or any other high-income skill.
Any yes, you would need these even in jobs you wouldn’t expect straight away like doctors, graphic designers or barkeepers.
The better you are at a particularly valuable skill, the more you’ll get paid and the wealthier you’ll become.
It’s that simple.
