A studio can only hold so many mats.
The teacher could help more people than would fit in her studio. I helped develop a course and products that let customers benefit from her expertise beyond a class in the room.

- Engagement over two quarters
The new course and products generated around €5,000 a month beyond the physical room, alongside growth in the studio business. The figure reported here is that additional revenue component, rather than a combined total for every part of the studio.
What the business needed.
With 16 mat spaces and 25 classes a week, this independent yoga studio had a clear physical limit. Bringing in more revenue meant finding room in the timetable or asking the owner to teach more. The engagement explored how her knowledge could reach people in other formats alongside the classes.
Where progress was getting stuck.
The owner’s expertise could be useful outside the studio, but customers had no offer through which to access it. Her reputation was also largely hidden behind an anonymous studio identity. Making her teaching more visible and giving people another way to buy it could support the existing business and open an additional source of revenue.
How I helped.
- I developed a personal positioning and content direction around the teacher, helping prospective customers understand whose expertise they would be learning from.
- I directed acquisition for existing classes and the addition of classes in response to demand.
- I developed the commercial approach for a €129 online course and branded products, giving customers ways to continue beyond the studio visit.

Where I took responsibility.
I led the positioning, content and offer design, including how the course and products sat alongside the existing classes. I directed the commercial implementation with the client and the people responsible for delivery, while the teaching remained the owner’s expertise.
Could this help your business?
If growth depends on adding more hours of your own work, it may be worth looking at how else a customer could use your expertise. I can help you assess a course, product or other format that fits both the customer’s needs and the business you want to run.
